Can I customise a package?
Absolutely. Every package is a starting point. We regularly adjust duration, accommodation style, pace, and special requests to match your vision.
Do you handle flights?
We provide flight recommendations and can book through our partners. Voyager tier includes full flight coordination and lounge access arrangements.
What is the cancellation policy?
Full refund up to 60 days before departure. 50% refund within 30-60 days. Within 30 days, we will work to transfer bookings where possible.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend 3-6 months for peak destinations (Japan, Patagonia, Serengeti). Europe and Southeast Asia can be planned 6-8 weeks out.
